drama ..REDNECKS and a case of beer, and the stocking is stitched!

Here's a picture....

I feel like my daughter moved to Hazard County! These people are real classy rednecks...and stupid too! A smart redneck is scary...but a stupid one, or two or four with a case of beer and a radio, (I said radio...not stereo!) in the garage is just down right spectacular and dangerous! lol I love OHIO! SAve me TONI, save me from myself! lol huggerz laurel

What do you get when you mix a case of beer, 4 large mouthed rednecks (and I am not talking fish) and a radio????..........THE COPS!!!!!!!

Smoking Needles!

Little kids can be so mean! I was sitting on the patio with Kaidyn yesterday. Kaidyn was coloring and I was stitching and Morgan (window puncher's little girl) came out of the house next door and Kaidyn said Hi to her and come play and the little girl said " we are not allowed to play with you cause your mother is mean"! HELLO? I told Kaidyn to come away from the fence and color. I was so ticked off. The little girl was here when her mom punched the window out....and Kaidyn's mom is the mean mom? What kind of parent would bring their kid into this? What a PSYCHO MOM!

Yes Toni I have been stitching like crazy....the more stress the more I stitch! LOL
Huggerz and have a great day! Laurel

Wow...the drama ....

I don't know what I would do without the drama in my life...well, yes I guess I would know...I would stitch more, that's for sure! I didn't stitch on Braylon's stocking on Tues. I was need in Xenia, for moral support. Nothing like having mom there when things get a little rough! My son also turned 29 on Tues...Happy Birthday CJ...hope you had lots of fun in the Big apple during Fleet Week. See you soon!
My daughter babysits 2 little kids, 2 and 4 years old. Tues the 2 yr old headbutted Kaidyn and my daughter need to take her to the doctors for x-rays to make sure nothing was broken. She called the mom of the 2 kids and asked her to come and get the kids so she didn't have to take them to the hospital with her. The mom wouldn't call back...finally after some more calls she came and was mad as a wet chicken! Needless to say on her way out of the front door, she turned and punched the window and broke it!

My daughter called the cops and filed charges. I think the mom was aiming for Brittanys head, but the door was in the way. Brittany also was holding Braylon when all this happened! Needless to say, Britt is NOT watching her kids anymore! Kaidyn is OK, no breaks just bruised. What I can't understand is what in the world is wrong with some of these parents. She brought them over when they had the flu and all winter long they were sick and so were Kaidyn and Braylon. If the kids are sick, stay home from work and let them get better! I am fed up with stupid moms!!!!! I am a strong believer that stupid people should not reproduce!!!!
SO MUCH FOR THE DRAMA! Let her take them elsewhere and abuse the next caregiver! There was a lot of other stuff this lady did towards my daughter and I won't bore you with the details. OH yes...these people live across the street!!!!

Have a great day and to all the moms out there...please make sure your kids are not real sick when you take them to the sitter and for God's sake...don't punch out the windows!

What a difference a day makes! John Deere Fabric

Yesterday it was 81 degrees and today it is 48 degrees. I think it is even colder in the house! So ....on with the furnace. Today I have both Jayson and Morgan. Jayson usually goes to his dads on Tues and Thurs...but his dad has the flu today. The kids just took the box of crochet squares....I wonder what they will make today with them. I finished reading the Mary Higgins Clark book, "Pretend You Don't See Her",last night, around 2AM. I am dragging this morning. I know that I will get some sleep tonight, cause I am not going to start another book! lol

Bethannie brought me 5 yards of John Deere fabric. I am going to make curtains for Charlie's kitchen. For the past several years I have been getting John Deere kitchen stuff for Charlie. You know these bachelor farmers...they need a little help to decorate! lol Out where he lives...he really doesn't need curtains, the windows are high and nothing but miles of farmland to look at. I need to get these sewn up before his brothers graduation party...they are having a pig roast at the farm!

I started Braylon's Christmas Stocking yesterday. I have never done any stitching on 10 count. Toni says I need a size 22 needle, the 24 keeps slipping out of the hole. LOL I will need to make a run to PAT CATANS tonight!

Well off for now...need to find my slippers, my feet are freezing. Have a great day stitching. Laurel

What a beautiful day! Braylon's Stocking

After having some nasty thunderstorms come through around 7:00AM, the day has turned out to be pretty nice. They are calling for more storms this afternoon. I stayed up last night reading a Mary Higgins Clark book, till 2:30AM. I regret that now! I did not get up till 11:30AM. I am such a laze. I think my choice in books was not very good for a late night....I actually slept with some lights on! LOL I need to quit reading those scary books! So much for that!

I found the fabric that had the little angels on it. I am also thinking a toe and a heal sewn onto the stocking will look good. Perhaps in Gold material. I will let Chrissy figure that part out for me.

I also put together Braylon's Christmas Stocking. I will be stitching it on Betsy-Ross Lambswool 10 count. Just need to set it up and start stitching today!

I also cut out a pair of Cleveland Indian shorts for Jacob.

Well I must get off here and grill a brats worth and nuke a couple potatoes for lunch/dinner. Then I will start my stitching. have a great day stitching and grilling. laurel

Baylee's Stocking is finished!

I just finished up Baylee's stocking. Next up will be shorts for Jacob (Indian's fabric), and then I will get going on stitching Braylon's stocking. When I get Braylon's done I will get both of them sewn up. I now need to find the perfect Christmas fabric to use for the back of Baylee's stocking! I have so much Christmas fabric and there is one piece that is blue with little tiny angels with gold on it, that may look just great for Baylee's stocking.

Have a great day stitching and a wonderful, safe, Memorial Day. God Bless our Military! laurel

Day11 progress on Baylee's Stocking

Well here is my Day 9 progress on Baylee's Christmas Stocking. I hope to finish up the stitching today! Huggerz and stitches laurel
