Working on a new chart.....

I have been working for a couple days on this chart. It is on 18 count and the holes are SO small. Guess my eyes are getting old! I also have been helping the kids move. What a horrible job. I told them that when it was time for me to move, they could help me....they said I have too much stuff and no way...LOL I do have lots of treasures! SO off to see if I need to help with anything...my legs and hips hurt real bad....I sure hope the Motrin 800 and 2 Tylenol kick in! have a great day stitching huggerz laurel

Cleveland Brown Finish

I finished the Cleveland Browns for my son. This is stitched on 16 count off white Aida. (man-made holes!) Now I just have to find the frame that is shaped like a football. I bought it more then 15 years ago and saw it just recently! I actually bought 2 and did a Browns chart for my cousin in 1988...I think. So the frame is older then dirt and now I am ready to use it! LOL I started the chart ..."Faith" by Little House Needleworks today. That one is coming right along. I am still at Brittany's house and playing with Kaidyn and Braylon. Braylon is pulling himself up on everything...but..has not one tooth yet! He 8 months old! Can't believe how fast time flies. I don't have any pictures ...because he moves too fast for the camera and they all are blurry! I really need to find a good job so I can buy a good camera!!! Someday. have a great day stitching... huggerz laurel

A new project

This one isn't Christmas! I decided to get the floss at Joann Fabrics so I could start the Cleveland Browns chart! I came across the chart again (I thought it was lost forever) when I was looking through some craft stuff. This is how much I did yesterday. I am making this one for my son. I really need to find a Cavaliers chart. Anyone see one out there anywhere? Have a great day stitching laurel

ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL?

Are you? Maybe I should ask are the BROWNS? After watching the first quarter...I am kind of wondering a little...well maybe a lot! I think the Browns need to start using Quinn! We got him last year and the kid is just standing there ....waiting! Now that they finally put him in...maybe we will have a little bit of a chance! Anderson really messed up and then ended up getting hit in the head. Well this may just be a pre-season game...the Browns really need to get things in order cause I am soooo tired of not having a football team in the running for play offs and Super Bowl! I know I am asking for a lot from these CLEVELAND teams ...but for crying out loud ...either play your best or go somewhere else...I want a HUGE WIN THIS YEAR! It is way past our time! So with that said...I will go back to my stitching and crocheting and watch and hope and scream and cry.....Talk about the roller coaster ride. I don't even like Cedar Point!

Now for the stitching ....I finished Toni's Christmas Stocking and want to start another project. But...I am at Brittany's house for a few days and don't have all my floss with me so I can't start the Brown's chart...so I thought I would start the Faith chart by Little House Needleworks but forgot to pack some fabric. What a debacle! So...I worked on the Christmas tree skirt and got as far as the yarn that I have would let me. Either I wait till closer to Christmas to buy the yarn when it comes out...or say it is finished and let it be. Not sure as what I may do with it as of yet. SO...I worked on the Steelers baby blanket and used up all the yellow...I still have black left...but need just one more row of yellow! What a day to stay in bed! So tomorrow...I will make the big decisions...either go to the stitch store and buy floss for the Browns chart or fabric for the Faith chart ( I have all this stuff at home)or....buy another skein of yellow to do one more round of yellow...of..just skip the yellow and do the 6 rows of black and finish off the blanket. geeze Louise...I hate decisions! Stay tuned....LOL Have a great night stitching! laurel

I hope that you will use this every year forever! I love this Lizzie Kate chart. If Brittany has a little girl...this is the one I am going to do for her.
