A YUMMY baby blanket finish.

Here is a baby blanket I started a few days ago and finished tonight. The yarn is Red Heart Newborn Print and Red Heart Baby Yellow that looks like Yummy lemon! I had started a round blanket with the yarn and turned around and made it into a granny square blanket instead. The blanket finished size is 37 inches by 37 inches. I have so much yarn that needs to get made into things that I haven't stitched a stitch since I finished the britty kitty. Brittany wants a lavender, green and white baby blanket for her new one due in Jan. Oh yes....she is having a girl!!!!

I was talking to Kaidyn earlier today and she said my birthday was coming up...and I said so was hers and what did she want....she named off some things and when she was done I told her what I wanted for my birthday...so I started out saying a camera, 2 phones and maybe a new car would be nice...and Kaidyn said......"get a job" and laughed and said she was kidding lol out of the mouth of a three year old. Gotta love her! and...I do! Braylon news: He is walking ...he just turned 9 months on Sept 17Th. Look out world here he comes. have a great day stitching huggerz laurel

PS: To Jacob...I hope mommy and daddy give your toys back real soon. Guess you really should clean up your room. If I get a chance I will see if I can find some of them and sneak them back to you. Don't tell mommy and daddy I told you that. lol I love you lots and will be down to see you and Baylee real soon! Baylee news: Baylee is taking a few steps on her own.....look out world ...here she comes! huggerz me-maw

Jacob playing soccer!

Today was a pretty good day. I started out at work at 7am and finished up around 12:30. Went I got home Jamie was there with Kelsey and Morgan. Now I love Kelsey ...but this girl does not like me. We have never bonded because she is a BOOB baby. SO...if you can't feed her...she don't want you. All she does is cry when I have her. The only way I can hold her so she doesn't cry is to hold her facing away from me so she can't see me! LOL I was on the phone to Toni and Toni told me to turn her around so she could see me, I said she will cry, and Toni said let me hear her. Today she didn't cry!!!! LOL Made a liar out of me! She was really good for me and even let me rock her to sleep! I think we have bonded a little! I told Jamie...no more BOOB babies!
Stitching report: NONE!
Crochet report: started another Granny square baby blanket with newborn print baby yarn and yellow.

Toni...I looked for my Halloween fabric...and of course I can't find it...so I am going to go to Joann Fabrics (been saying this for a few days) to find football buttons for the Brown's Sweater and fall/Halloween fabric on Wed. I am hoping I can find more of the orange and black plaid fabric. I also need to look for a few things at Pat Catans for Chrissy and I think I am going to stop at Michael's while I am in town.
Chrissy: If you can think of anything else...please ring me.

Here are some pictures of my grandson Jacob...playing SOCCER..he is 3 years old and already taking after his daddy! Gosh to have that much energy again! He scored a goal and he really looks like he played a hard game.....look at those red cheeks and wet hair! I just LOVE that boy! I love his little sister too! I sure wished they lived closer! LOL

His first goal!

I think this is a happy dance!

He played really hard!

Have a great day stitching...huggerz laurel
