Baby?

What is Brittany having? All I can tell you is...it's a baby. Brittany is not telling, Brian is not saying...and Kaidyn doesn't know and Braylon doesn't even talk yet! How am I to get anything stitched without knowing if I am stitching for a boy or for a girl? I guess my blankets will be pink and blue, or yellow and green, or I can do one for a girl and one for a boy. I am sure someone will be having a baby something so I can give the blanket that is not used away. As for the cross stitch sampler....that will have to wait till the baby is born. Unless I can find a uni-sex sampler that I like. All I no is nothing is worse not knowing then this. I can't do the secret thing, when it comes to babies, I HAVE TO KNOW! Not knowing throws my MOJO off and everything else goes with it! Do I sound upset? YOU BET I AM! Come on Brittany....BOY OR GIRL? INQUIRING MINDS NEED TO KNOW!!!!!!!! huggers laurel

Jacob's Cleveland Browns Afghan WIP

I have been working on this like crazy so I can give it to Jacob the first weekend of Oct. It is now 30 x 46. I think it is look fabulous! I think if you were a Cleveland Brown's fan you would just absolutely have to have one of these for football season. Jayson now wants one of these! lol Go Cleveland Browns!!!!! Beat Baltimore!!!
I also found a few minutes to put fringe on Noo's scarf and start her hat. Well off to crochet. Have a great evening laurel

The notebook is to put our collection of "Needful Things" that we will be collecting from the different shops. It also has a page in it to make notes on each project start and finish and a place for a final picture. So get ready.....I sure hope they have so good sales and lots of freebies!!!!!!! I also wish they could get more shops to participate! huggerz laurel

Jacob's afghan

The start of Jacob's afghan.

A scarf and hat finish

I finished the hat this morning and the scarf 2 days ago. This is for a daughter of a friend from England. I need to put fringe on the other scarf and make a hat for the younger daughter Noo then that one will be done. Then I want to look for some soft yellow for Annie's scarf.

Stitchy news: still working on the Halloween ornament! lol my stitching sure does suffer when I crochet. I also started Jacob's Cleveland Browns afghan last night.

Housework news: Tonie...my dishes and washing are finally done! I refuse to run the sweeper...I have done enough domestic crap for one day!!!!! lol

Have a great day stitching!!! don't forget to laugh a bit! Laurel

Kind of a blaa day

On a crafty note: I finished another scarf and put on the fringe. I started Jacob's Cleveland Browns afghan, and I am stitching another Halloween ornament. I also started a hat to go with one of the scarves and ran out of yarn. I made a dash to Pat Catans to get more after work today. Then after that I went to Jamie's to babysit Morgan and Jayson. Oh yes... Brittany and kids didn't have power for 15 hours Sunday and our power went out for 3 hours on Monday! What a horrible storm. A 12 year old boy was killed when a tree fell on him while he was riding his bike Sunday, in Lorain. Such a tragic loss.

Have a great day stitching. huggerz laurel

I am SO NOT HAPPY!!!!!

Cleveland Clowns lost again! Will someone please KICK the head coaches BUTT for being stupid! laurel

Britty Kitty finish

I just finished Britty Kitty! There is supposed to be a button spider down by the left side of the pumpkin...but I will probably will not put one there. If I can find a little woolybear...then that would be my choice for a bug! lol I hate spiders!. Now off to work on a crochet project! Have a great night stitching huggerz laurel

Jayson's afghan is done!

I finished Jayson's afghan this morning before I went to work. It is a rectangle granny square and it is 62" by 46" .... just the right size for a almost 6 year old. In the picture it is laying on my queen size bed. I am going to try to finish Britty Kitty tonight. I also started the second scarf in the color of neapolitan...it is really going to be cute.
