My cat...Salem

This is my kitten/cat, Salem. He likes to chill out by lying on the corner of my bed! He has some very long legs! He also lies on the back of the chair like this. What a silly cat he is!

Back in OHIO

My son...CJ

I had a wonderful weekend visiting my son and his family. The kids are growing so fast! We got up at 4am, left at 5am, got stuck in Washington D.C. traffic....and got home at 4pm. Still made good time. The trip was uneventful...well sort of. First of all my daughter won't let me have ketchup in her car! She says "my car, my rules"! Second...I am not allowed to text when she is driving...cause I need to be watching the signs! Hummm I wonder why her TOM TOM is on and working! Third....I am not allowed to pee ...between Breezwood and Washington D.C. , cause we never have stopped before and we aren't going to start. She said I should wear diapers! LOL I told her no problem about the diapers but for today she either stops or I pee my pants. She stopped but was not happy! Fourth...I asked to use her TOM TOM for a trip and I can as long as I don't break it! I am not five years old! Da There was probably more...but...too old and can't remember! lol I love my daughter...butt....who died and left her in charge! It's heck growing old! have a great day......Stitching is my therapy! huggerz laurel

Here is a Glory Bee chart that I just finished! This one is for my daughter Brittany. My daughter Jamie is going to stitch one for herself and I am going to do one on white for my daughter-in-law. Now I need to order 3 frames for them!

While I was in Va I wanted to go to a stitch store. My daughter-in-law, Chrissy took me to a stitch store in Virginia Beach called "Dyeing to Stitch". http://dyeing2stitch.com/ What a cute shop. I got a few things shown below. It wasn't a matter of need...it's a matter of really wanting! lol Thank you Chrissy for footing the bill...love you!
